About the Doctors at Scholl Foot & Ankle Center
Our practitioners are expert in a wide range of areas, including pediatric podiatry, wound care, diabetic foot and ankle care, foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, sports injuries of the foot and ankle, and construction of orthotic devices (special foot and ankle supports). Our doctors are all Board-qualified or certified by organizations affiliated with the American Podiatric Medical Association, and are also faculty members at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. This means that our doctors are very involved in student and resident education – our doctors are the specialists who teach the specialists. Our physicians also maintain staff privileges at major hospitals in the Chicagoland area.
Access to the Latest Technology
We utilize many of the latest advancements in diagnostic technology, including digital radiography, in-office ultrasound, advanced peripheral vascular (Doppler) diagnostic equipment, and a gait analysis laboratory. Our North Chicago office also includes a fully equipped operating room where we are able to provide intravenous conscious sedation for surgical procedures on the foot and ankle.
