Department's Website || Request a Brochure || Application Coming Soon!

A Pathologists' Assistant is an intensively trained allied health professional whose skills are focused in anatomic pathology. The role of a Pathologists' Assistant is to perform specific tasks and duties under the direction and supervision of a licensed pathologist. Pathologists' Assistants interact with pathologists in the same manner that Physician Assistants carry out their duties under the direction of physicians in surgical and medical practice.

This exciting health care specialty is rapidly becoming recognized across the nation as preparing a professional who may have administrative, research and educational capabilities, as well as being able to provide essential anatomic pathology laboratory services.
