Awards Ceremony 2012

At Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier

 Awardees will be notified of their award status no later than April 16, 2012.   Any graduate receiving an award at the Awards Ceremony will receive a total of five tickets for the Ceremony; one ticket for themselves, and four for guests.

 Tickets will be distributed in the Commencement Packet graduates pick up on the Rosalind Franklin University campus. Any graduate/awardee who cannot pick up their packet on campus will have the ability to pick up their Packet including tickets at the Will Call Table at Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier. The tickets for the Awards Ceremony also will grant access to the Commencement Reception below. Awardees who receive the five tickets for the Awards Ceremony will not be eligible for the two complimentary tickets to the reception (as they will receive 5 tickets through the Awards Ceremony)

At Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier

  Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science will be hosting a Commencement Reception for all graduates on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at the Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier.   Tickets will be required for the event. All graduates can request two complimentary tickets for the reception. Additional tickets will be available for purchase for $20.00 each and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.   All graduates will need to request tickets for the Commencement Reception between April 18, 2012 and May 15, 2012.   The Ticket Request Form will be a web form available on this website and will include a request for the two complimentary tickets as well as the option to purchase additional tickets.
