Graduate Checklist

• Check WebAdvisor each quarter to ensure all your grades for previous quarters have been posted and the courses you are enrolled in for the current quarter are correct.
• Apply for Graduation and Register for Commencement between January 17, 2012 and March 15, 2012.
•  If you are attending the Commencement Ceremony, order your regalia from Herff Jones between January 17, 2012 and March 31, 2012.
• RSVP for the Commencement Reception online from April 15, 2012 - May 15, 2012.

Commencement Ceremony Arrival Information

Graduates Arrival

Graduates should arrive at the Civic Opera House, 20 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL at 8:30am on Friday June 1, 2012. Graduates will enter at the Stage Entrance Doors near the corner of Wacker Drive and W. Washington Avenue. All guests will enter at the Main Entrance of the theater one block down at the corner of Madison and Wacker Drive. Remember graduates will need a ticket to enter the theater, which will be included in your commencement packet.

Regalia and Commencement Packet Pick Up

Graduates should plan to pick up their regalia and commencement packets (which contain your tickets) during one of the Commencement Packet Pick Up times Friday, May 25th,  May 29 May 30 from 9 am- 4pm in the room 1.356.

Your Commencement Packet Contains:

• Regalia
• Directions for Day of the Ceremony
• Commencement Tickets
• Other School specific information

If you cannot travel to campus druing one of the above times to pick up your Commencement Packets, and would like someone else to pick up your packet for you, you must email person who will pick up your packet on your behalf. If this request is not completed, we will not release your packet to anyone else except for you.

Any graduate who does not pick up their regalia during one of the above times, will pick up thier regalia directly at the Civic Opera House on the morning of Commencement in the Graduate Staging Area. Tickets and Commencement packets will be available at the Will Call Station for these graduates at the Civic Box Office located at the Main Entrance of the Civic Opera House.
