Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program

The Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program (CAHMCP) has a strong affiliation with RFUMS and the Office of Multicultural Affairs. We foster a relationship with the students that help with initial stresses of a post-graduate medical program. Providing support and mentorship through the Multicultural Mentoring Program grounds the students early in the term and helps them focus. We are committed to helping make the CAHMCP student experience as meaningful as possible. In conjunction with the Offices of Educational Affairs, and Academic Support Services, we provide a strong support mechanism for students and provide advocacy on all levels. The Office of Multicultural Affairs is committed to the CAHAMCP students, and will do anything we can to facilitate their academic growth and success, and smooth transition into a quality healthcare training program.
