Dear Students, The composer Irving Berlin once stated, “the toughest thing about success is that you’ve got to keep on being a success.” Because you have been accepted into our program of podiatric medicine, you obviously have succeeded in your journey to date. The responsibilities and reward of success do not stop with your matriculation but it is achieved through your deeds and actions during your journey at the University and then continuing through your actions and achievements in life. I encourage you to strive for success at Scholl College through a life in discovery in your academic work, clinical training, research activities and community service. Your success in these endeavors will prepare you for achieving the satisfaction of becoming a valued member of the healthcare professional team. I would like to welcome you as a member of the Class of 2013 and I wish you the best in your journey.
Nancy L. Parsley, D.P.M.
