Contract Payments
All residents pay for and receive a full contract unless a specific exception has been made. Payment for the initial quarter is due prior to move-in and for each subsequent quarter prior to the first day of the term. Any exceptions made to the contract dates will result in a prorated rate by day.

Billing and Statements of Account
Bills will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of each term in conjunction with tuition bills. Subsequent statements will be sent monthly to the student’s billing address. Payment dates and obligations will be established upon assignment to student housing. Failure to pay obligations will result in termination of this contract and further University measures such as holds on academic records.

Rates for Occupancy Rates listed for occupancy are for individuals re-contracting for the 2007-2008 academic year. All students previously contracting should speak to the Office of Student Housing regarding specific rates. Returning residents not maintaining a continuous contract for Student Housing will be subject to contract rates for the applicable contract year. Please note that all contracts for recontracting students are 12 months
