The University offers group dental and vision plans provided by Guardian. Students may elect to purchase either or both of these plans at initial enrollment or during annual open enrollment periods (June 1st thru June 30th each year). Please note that if students elect to enroll in the dental plan they will not be allowed to cancel their coverage for a 1 year period of time and the vision plan requires a 2 year enrollment. Cancellation of coverage must also be done during the open enrollment periods (June 1st thru June 30th each year). The only exception to these policies, which are required by the insurance company, is when a student leaves the University the coverage terminates at the end of the month in which the student leaves.
