Health Insurance 

All full-time students are required to obtain and maintain health insurance while enrolled at RFUMS. In order to ensure that all students are in compliance with this requirement, the University offers group health insurance provided by Maksin Management Corp. Dependent coverage may also be purchased from Maksin. 

You must submit either a Health Insurance Enrollment Form or a Health Insurance Waiver Form by the 10th business day of your first academic term enrolled at the University. The waiver must be accompanied by proof of coverage from another insurance company. If you do not submit either a Health Insurance Enrollment form or a Health Insurance Waiver form, you will automatically be enrolled in the Maksin default plan (Plan B).
