How to create an Expedia account?

1. Click on “ New Users: Create an Expedia Corporate Travel User Account ”
2. Follow instructions to complete online form then click “create”
3. You have now created your account

How to become an arranger for your department? (Arranger can arrange travel for assigned users and access assigned users profiles)

1. Create an Expedia account
2. Have travelers that you want to make arrangements for create an Expedia account
3. Send an email to Myrna Gongora indicating who the arranger is and the names that the arranger can make reservations for.
4. After completion of the setup, Myrna Gongora will reply to the email to notify the arranger.

What if you have a regular guest that you need to arrange travel for?

1. Send an email to Myrna Gongora indicating how many guest accounts you need, and the description of each guest account. For example: HR Recruit, Contractor or Guest Speaker.
2. After completion of the setup, Myrna Gongora will reply to the email to notify the arranger.
