If you want to perform or display a copyrighted work during a live class session, then

* determine whether you meet the requirements of the Face-to-Face Teaching limitation;

-or-

* apply, in good faith, the four factors of the Fair Use Doctrine;

-or-

* obtain permission (frequently, this is the appropriate option).
