NOTE: This service is provided to RFUMS faculty and staff only.

This form is to be used for requests to have the Reference Librarian prepare a Citation Index Report from a CV or list of published articles.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a per-article charge* for each article included in the CV or list of published articles to be searched. The final charge will be determined once the report is finished.
