Admission Requirements:

• The student must have graduated from an approved school of physical therapy and be eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
• The student must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Students graduating from institutions outside the United States must submit an international credentials evaluation.
• The student must furnish two letters of recommendation from individuals who were involved in the students previous educational and clinical experience.
• A personal interview with a faculty member in the Department of Physical Therapy is required.
• A statement of goals for graduate study (not less than two pages) is required.
• TOEFL Examination is required of all foreign applicants from countries in which English in not the first language.
