Applications are available online by clicking on the following link: Online TDPT Application. If you prefer to have your application mailed to you, you may contact the Department of Physical Therapy at (847) 578-3307 or email us at betty.melton@rosalindfranklin.edu.

There is a $50.00 (US) non-refundable application fee.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis with Fall Quarter enrollment strongly preferred. The application deadline for Fall quarter is August 15th. Please contact the Department of Physical Therapy for application deadlines in other quarters.

Students requiring financial aid should ensure that their graduate program applications are submitted well before the submission deadline to allow adequate time for document processing. For additional information regarding financial aid, please click here.
