Anxiety and Agoraphobia Treatment Center
Type: Cognitive behavioral therapy of anxiety disorder in children, teens, and adults (ages 3-65)
Setting: Private group practice
Description of Practicum: CBT treatment of outpatients with anxiety disorders; Referrals include both children and adult patients; Treatment emphasis on empirically supported CBT protocols
Practicum Requirements: Previous experience and coursework in CBT theory, experience in conducting CBT with anxiety disorders and comfortable with crises preferred. This is an advanced practicum. Students able to make a 1 to 3 yr commitment (10 15 hrs/week) preferred.
Supervision: Group supervision (approximately 2 hrs/week) and individual supervision as needed
