Training Tracks

 

  • A Categorical Internal Medicine Residency Track has been developed to provide the resident's with a broad exposure to internal medicine problems in an inpatient and outpatient setting. The resident spends about two-thirds of his/her time at Mount Sinai Hospital and Medical Center and one-third at North Chicago Veterans Affairs Medical Center.  In addition, residents have the opportunity to pursue research opportunities and are encouraged to take a research elective.
