For students rotating at Condell Medical Center:

DAY 1: ORIENTATION: Time: 8:30 a.m., Address: Chicago Medical School, 3333 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064. Room number : HSB 2.704.

DAY 2: REPORT TO Condell: Time: 9:00 a.m., Address: 1425 N Hunt Club Road, Suite 201, Gurnee, IL 60031

TEAMS: A maximum of two students are assigned over the three week rotation. Students work directly with the attending.

CALL: There is no overnight call.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Students are responsible for the initial patient consultations and the office and hospital follow-ups.

STUDENT SCHEDULE: Daily work hours, weekends, and holidays are confirmed on site.
