DAY 1 ORIENTATION: Time: 8:30 a.m. Address: Chicago Medical School, 3333 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, IL 60064. Room number HSB: 2.704

DAY 2: REPORT TO JOHN STROGER JR HOSPITAL: Time: 8:30 a.m. Address: 627 S. Wood Street, 8th floor; HR processing/ID pick-up at Hektoen Building. Then report to 1900 W. Polk Street, Room 920 and see Elana Tabb

TEAMS: The Division of Neurology consists of two Services, and students from CMS and Rush Medical College are assigned to each Team.

CALL: There is no overnight call.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Students see patients and round with the team six days per week.

STUDENT SCHEDULE: Daily work hours, weekends, and holidays are confirmed on site. Students are expected to attend: scheduled lectures, Neurology Clinic (if assigned), Teaching Rounds (times decided by attending), and Neurology Conferences.
