• Merge onto I-94 E via the ramp on the left toward Indiana (portions toll).


• Take I-294 S toward Indiana/O’Hare (Portions toll).


• Take the IL-58 exit toward Golf Road.


• Turn left onto N East River Road.


• Turn left onto E Golf Road (IL-58).


• Turn right onto Potter Road.


• Turn left to stay on Potter Road.


• Turn left onto US-14 (Dempster St).


• End at Advocate- Lutheran General Hospital
