Elizabeth Kessler, M.D. Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Neurology
Dr. Kessler is a board certified neurologist and electroencephalographer, and a behavioral neurologist. She teaches medical students and residents at VAMCNC, and has taught liaison-consultation psychiatry at VAMCNC for many years.
