2. Submit an Application & Fee

• Applications for the 2013-2014 admissions cycle will be available in early March.
• Application must be submitted by August 1.
• Enclose a $50, non-refundable application fee. Make your check/money order payable to Rosalind Franklin University.

3. Official Transcripts

• Applicants must have earned a Bachelor's degree prior to matriculation.
• Must submit transcripts from all universities and colleges attended.

4. Letters of Recommendation

• Required letters:
  • Physician with whom the applicant worked in a critical care setting.
  • Supervisor.
  • CRNA with whom the applicant has spent time in the operating room observing surgery and anesthesia.
• Letters of recommendation must be signed, placed in a sealed envelope, and have that person’s signature across the seal of the envelope.
• An RFUMS recommendation form is provided for your convenience; however, if the recommender chooses not to utilize our form, he/she must use the appropriate letterhead stationery and envelope of the agency or university for which he/she works or teaches.

5. Standardized Tests

• GRE Scores - Institution Code: 1117 and Department Code 0610.
• TOEFL -  An official score report is required of any applicant who does not hold US citizenship or permanent residency. This requirement may be waived at the University’s discretion for the following:

  • Applicants who have been full-time students in a United States college or university for at least two consecutive years.

  • Applicants from countries in which English is the primary language.

6. Background Check

• Prior to enrollment, all accepted students will be asked to complete and pass a Rosalind Franklin University background check.

7. Technical Standards

• All applicants should review the University's Technical Standards for Admissions.
