Clinical Nutrition/Nutrition Education

Upon completion of the Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition or Nutrition Education program, graduates will:

  • Apply nutrition and health promotion knowledge to professional activities
  • Educate individuals, families and community about nutrition
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and evaluate research to make nutrition recommendation
  • Effectively communicate as a nutrition professional
  • Demonstrate leadership as a nutrition professional in an interprofessional healthcare environment
