Physical Therapy is a dynamic health care profession. Practitioners must be able to adapt to the quickly changing health care system yet continue to provide outstanding services. In order to provide the profession with Physical Therapists ready to assume this role, the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science offers an entry level Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. The goal of the program is to educate a physical therapist who is able to practice effectively, safely, and ethically in any type of health care environment. This three year unified and integrated entry level physical therapy program includes academic, clinical and research components which offer options to explore specialty areas. It is designed for the self motivated student who is skilled in critical thinking and willing to be an active participant in group learning situations.
