Graduation is fast approaching for many of you, and included in this email is everything you need to know about your upcoming graduation from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. This also includes information on the Commencement Ceremony 2012 if you choose to participate. 

 

 

 

All students who believe they are in the last year of your academic requirements and are eligible for graduation are required to apply for Graduation through WebAdvisor.   You can access WebAdvisor by using the link provided or by visiting https://webadvisor.rosalindfranklin.edu. Your WebAdvisor Login is your Helix Login (the same login you use to access a computer on campus).   If you have forgotten your Helix Login and/or password, contact the IT helpdesk at 847-578-8800 or helpdesk@rosalindfranklin.edu. When you log into WebAdvisor, you will see the “Application for Graduation” link under the section on the lower right titled “Academic Planning.” Click on the “Application for Graduation” link and complete the required fields. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions, including how to register for Commencement if you choose to attend.    The Registrar’s office will review your transcript and determine if you are eligible for graduation.   Upon review, if all degree requirements will not be complete by August 2012, the Registrar’s Office will contact you. All applications are due no later than March 15, 2012. A Graduation Fee of $100 will be charged on your Spring 2012 tuition bill. 

Commencement 2012 will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012 at the Civic Opera House in Chicago, Illinois for all students who will be receiving a degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science this year.   We are requiring all students who believe they are graduating to apply for graduation via Webadvisor (see step 1). In the confirmation email you will receive, there will be a link to REGISTER FOR COMMENCEMENT. All graduates who plan to participate in the Commencement Ceremony must register for Commencement by March 15, 2012.   If you do not receive a confirmation email from your application for graduation, please email commencement@rosalindfranklin.edu.   All graduates who register for Commencement must also order regalia from Herff Jones at www.herffjones.com/college/RosalindFranklin by March 31, 2012
