Mission:

It is the mission of the Office of Multicultural Affairs at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (RFUMS) to provide an inclusive foundation of support for the academic, social, and cultural growth of our diverse university community. At the forefront of this mission is our student population. The very essence of our mission is to assist students with any and all aspects of the academic journey and transition into healthcare.

We accomplish our mission by providing support services, training, advising and programs for students and the entire RFUMS community. Our office serves as a catalyst in assisting our university in reaching its full potential as it relates to cultural competence, personal awareness, and appreciation of our diverse population. By cultivating leadership, respect and personal growth we will facilitate the continuing growth of inclusion, acceptance, and celebration of our institutional diversity.
