Our mission is to provide engineering, maintenance, construction renovation, and janitorial services to Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. By providing these services in a timely and professional manner, it enables the University professionals to achieve their educational and research goals.

What we do:

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the physical plant, maintenance, engineering, and custodial service for the University and affiliated Clinics.
• Coordinate and schedule construction projects for the University as a whole as well as individual department projects.
• Oversee and schedule departmental moves.
• Manage student housing apartments including maintenance, repairs, and turnover.
