Face-to-face teaching limitation

It is not an infringement of copyright when all of the following are fulfulled:

* an instructor or student may perform or display a copyrighted work
* during face-to-face teaching activities
* in a classroom or similar place devoted to instruction
* so long as an illegally made copy of the copyrighted work is not knowingly used

(Note:  This particular limitation does not allow one to make copies or distribute copies of the work.)
