Each person entering the Civic Opera House will need a ticket to enter the Commencement Ceremony. Tickets for the ceremony are free.

Each graduate attending the commencement ceremony will receive seven (7) tickets for the ceremony on June 1, 2012 at the Civic Opera House. Please note, that the graduate will need one (1) ticket for entry into the ceremony leaving an extra six (6) tickets for their guests.

The number of tickets distributed to graduates is determined by the potential number of graduates each year. In the event that less students choose to participate in the Commencement Ceremony than anticipated, a lottery for the remaining extra tickets will be run to award additional tickets to graduates.

Graduates should identify on their Registration for Commencement form if they would like to be included in the lottery if extra tickets are available. Those students who opt to be part of the lottery will be notified in May 2011 of their additional tickets if they are selected as part of the lottery.

All tickets will be in graduates Commencement Packets which are distributed during the week of May 25-May 30, 2012.

If a graduate in unable to pick up their Commencement Packet during the above times their packets will be available at the Will Call station of the Civic Opera House on the day of Commencement.
