The Financial Aid Office staff at Rosalind Franklin University adheres to the professional standards of conduct set forth by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). This is crucial in our commitment to administering a fair and equitable financial aid program and to avoid potential conflicts of interest. The following Code of Conduct has been adopted by the RFUMS Financial Aid Office.

• Refrain from taking any action he or she believes is contrary to law or regulation.
• Ensure that the information he or she provides is accurate, unbiased, and does not reflect any preference arising from actual or potential personal gain.
• Commit to offering students the most current information available regarding federal and state financial aid laws and regulations.
