Instrumentation includes a SLM 8000C three channel photon counting spectrofluorometer with stopped-flow, Jasco spectropolarimeter, HP8452A diode array spectrophotometer, Biosensor Biolite (Pharmacia), Protein Solutions light scattering instrument, Kodak Gel Logic 100 Imaging System as well as a MicroCal differential scanning and isothermal calorimeter.
