Application Checklist

The application checklist is designed to guide you through the submission of all application materials. An application is not considered complete, and will not be reviewed by the Physical Therapy Program Admissions Committee, until all PTCAS documents, GRE scores, and Supplmental Document are received. Once your application is considered complete, you will receive email notification from the Office of Enrollment Services. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure timely completion of all requirements.  

  • Complete PTCAS Application
    The application is available beginning July 5, 2011. It is of the applicant's best interest to submit all materials as early as possible.

    Remember all letters of recommendation and transcripts are sent directly to PTCAS.
    If you have difficulty with the PTCAS site, you may call 617-612-2040 to report problems.   

     
  • Graduate Record Examination
    Completion of the GRE is required. Rosalind Franklin University’s ETS code is 7675.  Applicants are strongly encouraged to take the exam prior to July 31, 2011. Test takers who have difficulty sending their scores online may contact GRE Customer Service at 1-609-771-7670 or 1-866-473-4373 (toll free for test takers in the U.S., U.S. Territories and Canada) Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Eastern Time.  You may also complete an Additional Score Report Request form and fax it to 1-610-290-8975 or mail it to the address on the form.


     
  • RFUMS Application Processing Fee
    RFUMS requires submission of a $35.00 application processing fee.  Details regarding this fee and a link for electronic payment will be sent to you by the Office of Enrollment Services once your PTCAS application is received.
