Indirect Cost Policy for Non-Governmental Sponsors

For non-profit sponsors, which publish and reimburse at F&A rates that are lower than Rosalind Franklin University Medicine and Science’s established rates, the Total Direct Cost (TDC) base, defined as all proposed direct cost, should be used unless specific individual cost exclusions are listed in the Sponsor's published rate. If Sponsor does not provide F&A rate, RFUMS will deduct 10% of total direct costs for administrative costs.
