Thesis and Defense Process

• Timeline
  • Set defense date, then notify DGOC, SGPS Dean and Research Committee 6-8 weeks prior to the defense.
  • Give a finalized copy of your thesis to your Research Commitee no later than 3 weeks before defense.
  • Final Defense (oral presentation) is held on date specified.
  • Thesis must be submitted for electronic publication within 30 days of final defense.
