The department of Ophthalmology offers a clinical clerkship elective course which provides a two-week ambulatory experience for seniors and M3 core surgery clerks who are permitted to take a two-week subspecialty surgery elective. The elective is provided at the Eye Clinic-John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County.
