2009 All School Research Consortium is Scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2009 Announcements Details to Come!
The All School Research Consortium (ASRC) is a University-wide, student-run event, highlighting student research. This event serves as a vehicle to bring the University scientific community together, encourage communication across disciplines and educate graduate and professional students. The 4th Annual ASRC will take place on Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 from noon until 6:00 PM.
Students in each of the four schools at RFUMS, SGPS, SCPM, CMS and CHP as well as postdoctoral fellows, clinical residents, fellows, and Lake Forest College Internships are invited to participate. While the majority of students here are earning clinical degrees, research is an integral part of our education and in leading a 'Life in Discovery'- the mission of Rosalind Franklin University.
The afternoon consists of poster sessions, a keynote address and student talks. The ASRC will end with a reception and the presentation of awards for outstanding research. We are pleased to announce that the 2009 ASRC keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Thomas Ried, M.D., head of the Cancer Genomics Section, National Cancer Institute.
Students attending keynote address receive ECR credit
