Academics

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education prior to matriculation into the program.        
• A minimum undergraduate overall GPA of 2.50 is required.

Licensure

• Certification, registration, or licensure as a medical physician, nurse, nutritionist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, physician assistant, podiatric physician, or psychologist in the US. 
• Students in good standing in the clinical phase of a medical, nursing, nutrition, occupational or physical therapy, physician assistant, podiatry, or clinical psychology program.

Practice

• One year of clinical practice.

Letters of Recommendation

• Two letters of recommendation from former professors or employers familiar with the applicant's professional or educational capabilities.

Transcripts

• Official transcripts submitted from each college, university, and community college previously attended.

Computer Competency

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
