Financial Aid Office Code of Conduct

Student Financial Services at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science adheres to the Standards of Excellence set forth by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). This is crucial in our commitment to administering a fair and equitable financial aid program and to avoid potential conflicts of interest. The following Code of Conduct has been adopted by the RFUMS Financial Aid Office.  

Student Financial Services will…

  • Refrain from taking any action he or she believes is contrary to law or regulation.
  • Ensure that the information he or she provides is accurate, unbiased, and does not reflect any preference arising from actual or potential personal gain.
  • Commit to offering students the most current information available regarding federal and state financial aid laws and regulations.
