Patrick McClane Withrow, PT, DPT, GCS


Patrick Withrow received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rosalind Franklin University in 2008, and joined the faculty there in 2013 as the Director of Clinical Education. He is a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is a Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy. His teaching and research interests include geriatric and acute care physical therapy, ethical practice, and clinical education. Dr. Withrow is a Credentialed Clinical Trainer through the APTA’s Credentialed Clinical Instructor Program. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the IPTA as the Chair of the Eastern District, and is the Board Liaison for the Clinical Educators Special Interest Group. He has published in the peer-reviewed journal Physiotherapy Theory and Practice.
