All on-campus students, faculty, and staff are required to be fully vaccinated by August 17, 2021.
At this time, Rosalind Franklin University Health Clinics is excited to announce that we have been approved to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to our patients. We will be following the Illinois Department of Public Health and Lake County Health Department guidelines for distribution to priority groups. The vaccine will be offered during limited regular clinic times as well as at vaccine clinics located at our drive thru tent on a bigger scale on scheduled days.
If you are interested in getting the vaccine at our clinics, we ask that you sign up for our waiting list online. If you do not have computer access to complete the form, we will have staff available at our COVID hotline to assist in getting you signed up for the waiting list. Once we have vaccination slots available, we will call all qualified patients from the wait list and get you scheduled.
Vaccines will be given by appointment only, and we will only be calling patients off our waiting list for appointments.
Please complete the form using the following link: Community COVID-19 Vaccine Registry and RFU Student/Faculty/Staff COVID-19 Vaccine Registry
