Admissions Requirements

1.   Completion of the following prerequisite coursework prior to matriculation:

Applicants are required to have completed the necessary prerequisites for matriculation within 10 years of the date
of their application.

2.   A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education prior to matriculation into the program.

3.   Competitive overall and science GPAs. Successful candidates typically have overall and science GPAs above 3.0.

4.   Two letters of recommendation from former professors, or employers, familiar with the applicant's professional or 
      educational capabilities.

5.   Official transcripts submitted from each college, university, and community college previously attended.

6.   Proficiency in basic computer skills.

7.   Evidence of exposure to anatomic pathology.

8.   Pass the Rosalind Franklin University criminal background check.

9.   Meet Technical Standards for Pathologists' Assistant program.
