HERSTORY Under the Microscope: Celebrating Rosalind Franklin's 100 Year Legacy (2020)
To mark the 100th anniversary of Rosalind Franklin's birth, our 5th annual WiSH Symposium featured a new perspective on Dr. Franklin's contributions and posthumous treatment by the field. Women have advanced dramatically in STEM and healthcare professions, but there is further to go. The symposium will draw lessons from the past as we seek to understand and solve the ongoing under-representation of women in STEM and healthcare leadership, a loss of talent that today's global challenges can ill-afford.
