The Dean’s Commitment to the Future of Pharmacy

The College of Pharmacy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is dedicated to educating competent and compassionate pharmacists prepared to practice twenty-first century healthcare.  It is the College’s commitment to team-based learning and patient-centered care that allows future graduates to be leaders in both their profession and in the interprofessional teams they practice.

In order to help assure that students are able to participate in the PharmD program regardless of financial need, Dean Marc Abel has pledged a portion of his annual salary to support The Dean’s Commitment to the Future of Pharmacy Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are granted to pharmacy students with an outstanding academic background, a commitment to team-based practice, and qualifying financial need.  This effort was first established in 2011 by Founding Dean Gloria Meredith and Dean Abel is dedicated to its continuation and expansion.

Please join Dean Abel in his commitment to pharmacy education by supporting The Future of Pharmacy Scholarship Fund.  Donors are recognized each year in the University annual report at the following giving levels:
