How to Apply

  1. Create an Application Account

    Please create an application account according to your background and academic plans as indicated below:

    HAMPCAS

    Please create an application account through HAMPCAS if you match ALL of the criteria below:

    • You are not an alumnus or current student of Rosalind Franklin University.
    • You plan to apply for admission to the Health Administration program for the Fall 2019 quarter.

    RFUCAS

    Please create an application account through RFUCAS if you meet ALL of the criteria below:

    • You are not an alumnus or current student of Rosalind Franklin University.
    • You plan to apply for admission to the Health Administration program for the Summer 2019 quarter.

    Note: Summer 2019 is the last quarter for which you can use RFUCAS to apply to the Health Administration program. After April 29, 2019, Health Administration applicants must apply through HAMPCAS.

    Alumni Application

    You may complete the Alumni Application if you meet either criterion below:

    • You are a graduate of a degree or certificate program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
    • You are a current Rosalind Franklin University student scheduled to earn a degree or certificate prior to enrolling in an online program.

    Combined Degree Application

    You may complete the Combined Degree Application if you are a current on-campus student of Rosalind Franklin University applying for a combined degree with an online program.

  2. Submit an Application & Fee
  3. Submit Official Transcripts
    • Please submit transcripts from all U.S. universities and colleges attended to RFUCAS or HAMPCAS. Only official transcripts will be accepted.
    • If you have studied outside the U.S., you will need to have your transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency using a service such as WES or ECE. Please have foreign evaluations sent directly to the Office of Admissions and Enrollment at Rosalind Franklin University.
  4. Submit Letters of Recommendation
    • You may fulfill the letter of recommendation requirement by either of the below options:
      • Have one letter of recommendation submitted by an academician who knows you well (i.e. pre-health advisors/committees or professors).
      • Have two letters of recommendation submitted from professionals (e.g. supervisors and/or co-workers) who know you well and can speak to your performance in a professional setting.
    • Letters of recommendation must be submitted through RFUCAS or HAMPCAS.
  5. Submit Test Scores
    • No GRE scores are required.
    • An official TOEFL score report is required of any applicant who does not hold US citizenship or permanent residency. The admissions committee will consider waiving this requirement if either of the following conditions are met:
      • An applicant has been a full-time student in a U.S. college or university for at least two consecutive years.
      • An applicant is from a country in which English is the primary language.
    • If you have a valid TOEFL score, please send directly to Rosalind Franklin University at Institution Code 1117 from ETS. For the TOEFL score to be accepted, the TOEFL exam date must be no more than two years prior to the date of application submission.
