Degree conferral period runs September 1st - August 31st for each academic year reported. Information on program admissions policies that allow students to enter with credit for prior graduate work, and the expected implications for time to completion is located on pages 55-58 of the department's policy and procedures manual. |
Program Costs

| *All students entering the Psychology PhD program receive a 100% tuition waiver throughout their time in the program. Students are responsible for annual fees and living expenses and receive a stipend in the form of a department assistantship to offset these costs. All students entering in Fall 2026 or later will receive an assistantship of no less than $15,000 for 8 hours/week. |
