The All School Research Consortium welcomes student and staff volunteers to assist with event day activities. Please fill out the form below if you would like to volunteer as a Student Ambassador for the 21st Annual All School Research Consortium (ASRC), to be held ON CAMPUS on Wednesday March 18th, 2026. You may elect to volunteer to assist with the scoring of abstracts to select symposia presenters in February, to be on the set up crew the night before the event, and/or to help staff stations during the ASRC event itself.

Symposia Abstract Scoring - We are seeking 4-5 student volunteers from each academic program to ensure equitable abstract review and to further the interprofessional mission of ASRC. Symposium abstract evaluation involves scoring 3-4 abstracts based on a standard rubric which will be explained in further detail at the Student Ambassador information sessions. Reviewers will be given 3-4 days to review their assigned abstracts. If you are also submitting an abstract to ASRC, we will assign abstracts such that you will not score your own.

Pre-Event Set Up - Volunteer to assist helping to empty chairs from presentation rooms, set up empty poster boards, or arrange signage.

Event Day - Volunteers assist with set up, registration, moderating symposia and poster sessions, boxed lunch distribution, and clean up.   If you are also presenting a poster or oral presentation at ASRC, we will schedule you such that it will not conflict with your presentation.
