Preferred scheduling includes four 10-hour days with two evenings until 7:00 p.m., although flexibility is available for the right candidate.

Position Summary: The Physical Therapist evaluates pediatric patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based interventions to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. The role includes ongoing assessment of patient progress, family education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.

Responsibilities • Perform evaluations and interpret physician referrals • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans • Provide therapeutic interventions, home exercise programs, and family education • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to providers and care team members • Complete accurate and timely documentation, billing, scheduling, and insurance authorization requirements • Maintain productivity, quality, safety, and infection prevention standards • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities • Assist with clinic coverage as needed • May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation aides, and physical therapy students in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications – Required: • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program • Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy license • BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire • Strong communication, organization, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills • Intermediate computer proficiency •
