The 4th Annual Discovery Dash is a 5-10K run/walk to benefit the Centennial Scholarship Campaign at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. The Centennial Scholarship Campaign is a $5 million campaign to increase support for scholarships at Rosalind Franklin University and to provide more scholarship opportunities for all students. Scholarships can transform the student experience and lend critical support to the University’s mission to invest in the educational future of tomorrow’s health care leaders. The rising cost of educating health professionals has an impact on both students and patients. The cost of schooling can prevent well-qualified students from enrolling and staying in school. This means that the best and brightest may not be the health care professionals of the future and that the workforce of the future will not be as diverse as the population it serves.
The 2015 Discovery Dash will take place On Saturday, October 3, 2015. The race will start at 8:30am with registration opening at 7:30am. Please click here to register
