Global Health: Education, research and clinical practice to improve health and achieve health equity for all people worldwide.

Vision: Chicago Medical School and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science impacting medical education globally through equitable partnerships that prepare the students, residents and faculty of all partners to meet the health needs of the people of the world, especially the poor, with compassion, integrity, high ethical standards and a high level of competence.

Department News

The CMS Global Health Scholarship Committee will award scholarships to CMS students who participate in approved global health for-credit courses in an effort to 1) decrease the educational debt for medical students interested in global health and 2) facilitate activities during global health electives that will benefit the host institution or community. You may be eligible to apply for the CMS Global Health Scholarship. We encourage you to apply!
