If you’re applying to RFU for the first time, review the NursingCAS application instructions. Once you create an applicant account in NursingCAS, be sure to select the Rosalind Franklin University Master of Science for Entry into Nursing Practice Program.
If you are a graduate of a degree or certificate program at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, please complete the Alumni Application.
If you are a current student of Rosalind Franklin University scheduled to earn a degree or certificate prior to enrolling in an online program, please complete the Alumni Application.
Submit an MENP Application & Fee
Early application is strongly encouraged.
Please submit your application and fee through NursingCAS.
Select your desired start term in your NursingCAS application under the Program Material Questions. We offer both a Summer (May 26, 2026) and Fall (August 10, 2026) start option.
NursingCAS applications will become available August 7, 2025. The application deadline is April 15, 2026.
Select candidates will be invited to interview virtually.
Submit Official MENP Transcripts
Official transcripts from each college, university or community college previously attended must be submitted directly to NursingCAS.
Only official transcripts will be accepted.
If you have studied outside the U.S., you will need to have your transcripts evaluated for U.S. equivalency using a service like www.wes.org or www.ece.org.
Letter of Reference
Applicants must provide a reference from one individual who is able to attest to the candidate’s academic or employment performance.
Reference should come from current/former professors, employers, or other professionals.
Reference should be dated within the past 1-2 years.
