Meredith Fils, MS, PA-C

Assistant Professor & Director of Didactic Education

Misty is a proud alumna of the Rosalind Franklin University PA Program, having graduated in 2014. Since that time, she has held a variety of clinical positions in occupational health, public health, urgent care, and primary care, and has practiced in Illinois and California. She is a paramedic and a certified medical examiner for the US Department of Transportation. Misty joined the PA Department as a core faculty member in 2020 with an academic focus on family practice topics, including antibiotic stewardship in the outpatient setting. Misty is passionate about equity and representation in medicine and strives to create an academic environment where all learners can be their authentic selves. She currently serves as a clinician and Faculty Advisor for the Interprofessional Community Clinic, RFU's student-led free clinic.
